Each stick has a wick which is intended to be lit and used with brass seals on letters, invitations and gifts. Approximately 12-15 impressions per stick. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLight the wick of a stick of sealing wax and hold it about 3\" over your surface at a 45 degree angle so that the wax drips on your envelope or paper, covering the area that the stamp's impression will make.  When you have enough wax to cover the area, extinguish the flame and press a dampened brass seal into the pool of hot wax. Wait until the wax is almost dry to remove the seal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis flexible wax can be used on outer envelopes and mailed without problems through the regular post.
