Attendees will receive guided instruction throughout the process of SoulCollage. No prior art experience is required, just an open heart and mind!

$85 per attendee. All materials will be provided. Drinks and snacks will be served.

This workshop will be led by artist and SoulCollage® facilitator Somsara Rielly, a collage artist, graphic designer, lifelong seeker and intuitive.

In this two-hour workshop, you will delight in a wide variety of supplied images that allow you to intuitively create your own one-of-a-kind collaged cards. Each card, through a series of guided questions from your facilitator, will illuminate your own personal wisdom, highlight parts of yourself that may lay in shadow, and help you to tap into your inner guide(s). Much like an oracle or tarot card can help provide guidance, the cards you create become a personal oracle card, rich in imagery that speaks directly to you, and ONLY you, as you discover your own rich personal inner symbolism. These cards can be consulted whenever you need insight, a check-in with yourself, or a reminder of the power of your own inner wisdom. 

The idea for creating collaged cards and consulting them for self-discovery came from Jungian therapist Seena B. Frost, M.A., M.Div. (1932-2016) during her psychotherapy groups in the late 1980s. It was there that her experiences revealed the transformational possibilities of the method and SoulCollage® was officially born. Over 40 years later, SoulCollage® has become a global community with over 6,000 trained Facilitators sharing the process in 63 countries.

Meet our Facilitator, Somsara Rielly:

Somsara Rielly is a native Angeleno with 25 years of design experience working for studios and clients around the world. She has worked with the likes of Universal Studios, Sony Pictures, the Los Angeles Times, Wynn Resorts, the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, and many more. In her own art, she pulls from personal narrative, as well as a lifelong collection of vintage paper and ephemera, inviting the onlooker to linger on and re-contextualize the familiar. Her collage and mixed-media work weaves in layers of interpretation, hidden messages, and plays with the seemingly random connections of everyday life. Propelled by a daily meditation practice and keen interest in mysticism, Somsara has a deep desire to illuminate the profound inner world that exists in each of us. She offers complete identity and branding services to clients both big and small, focusing on identity with intention and branding with a soul, helping clients to integrate authentic personal purpose into their professional identity both spiritually and visually.

Shipping & Returns

Orders that are placed on the Gold Bug website will be processed in 1-3 business days, leaving the store Monday through Friday, except in the event of a holiday or posted store closure.

You can request a required signature for the delivery of your order. We ship our packages using UPS as the carrier (except in the event of a union strike, in which case we will use USPS). All packages that leave the store are insured for their full amount. If you live in an area that is prone to theft, we recommend that you request "signature required" to ensure that you receive your purchase. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship internationally.

Tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of California. Tax is never added to a package's shipping charge but will be added to the cost of any merchandise that is shipped within the state of California.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. All discounted items, this includes items purchased using codes, are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

We accept returns on some items purchased on our website. Items purchased at full price on our website are eligible for return for the duration of 14 days after their receipt by the customer. Before returning the item, however, we must be notified of your intent with a phone call (626-744-9963) or email (info@goldbugpasadena.com). The returned piece/s must arrive in their original packaging and will be inspected to ensure their original and unworn condition before they are approved for a refund. Gold Bug will deduct any shipping costs it may have covered AS WELL AS 3% from the total amount of the oder to cover processing fees when issuing the refund.
